This isn’t a trip—it’s a challenge. Team building at a regatta places the team in a truly competitive environment where cooperation and quick reflexes are essential. Each sailboat becomes an independent team, and every individual is a key element on the path to victory.

After coffee and a welcome croissant, the teams take control of the sailboats and, under the guidance of experienced skippers, enter the world of real regattas. At least three regattas take place. At sea, the sailboats simultaneously head toward the regatta course, where, through several consecutive races, they experience the dynamics of sailing, the tension of the start, and the true energy of competition. Roles on board are clearly defined, but success depends on the coordination of the entire team.

The event takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, yet with a distinct competitive edge, featuring occasional toasts and tastings of local delicacies at sea, including. A rubber-bottomed boat marks the boundaries of the regatta course where the sailboats compete. The event concludes with a medal and trophy ceremony followed by a group toast, which brings the experience to a pleasant close. We can also arrange catering at the end.
