Take your team from the office to the sea, where relationships are built naturally. Team building on sailboats combines relaxed socializing, active participation, and a unique sailing experience along the most beautiful stretch of the Slovenian coast.
After coffee and a croissant, we set sail from Izola toward Piran, passing picturesque cliffs. Under the guidance of experienced skippers, who are also sailing instructors, participants actively take part in the voyage, take on tasks, and work together to create true team dynamics. The program can be completely relaxed or more dynamic, featuring a friendly competition between the sailboats.
The highlight of the day is tasting local delicacies at sea, and in the summer we also set aside time for swimming. We tailor the duration and itinerary of the event to your preferences; the program is suitable for both small and large teams, and we can also arrange catering at the end.

- Sailboat Rentals (12 meters and longer)
- Hiring skippers who are also instructors
- Fuel Costs for Sailboats
- A short clip from various parts of the entire day, which we'll send via email
- Cost of the tasting (local wine, local sausage and pancetta, locally pickled olives, and truffle cheese spread)
